NHS Contracts: Think Associates Select Cloud2 to Take Care

Cloud2, a Yorkshire-based Microsoft partner providing digital transformation and digital workspace solutions to the NHS, has been selected by one of it’s partners and competitors  -Think Associates- to take care of six of their NHS clients as they restructure their business.

Think Associates – experts in learning and performance management systems, and e-learning in the NHS- are transferring their FlowForma based contracts for workflow processes to Cloud2, (with all accounts transferred by the end of 2016) as they focus their business on Totara LMS and e-learning.

Think Associates needed a partner committed to the NHS to look after their SharePoint clients and knew Cloud2 to be a natural fit, as two of the of the six trusts are already working with Cloud2’s digital workspace solutions.

This deal further extends Cloud2’s reach within the NHS and HR, using advanced workflow and Microsoft Azure technologies, bringing proven cloud capabilities to transform the NHS and support the Carter report recommendations.

Cloud2’s Simon Hudson commented: “This cements our focus and ability to provide the NHS with transformational solutions, especially to address the challenges highlighted by Lord Carter in his report (Review of Operational Productivity in NHS providers)”.

Seeking a partner with a commonality of purpose, Tim Newham of Think Associates further adds: “Cloud2’s acceptance of our offer to take care of our FlowForma customers will allow us to focus on our core business and we’re looking forward to pushing our current rapid growth in learning and performance management and e-learning systems. Having worked (and competed) with Cloud2 in the past, we felt they were the best choice and reassurance to us that our clients would be looked after and supported going forward.”

Neil Young, MD of FlowForma – the software behind Cloud2’s and Think Associates’ workflow and HR processes congratulates Cloud2: “I commend Think Associates for supporting our mutual NHS customers over the last three years. As valued customers and early adopters of our business process enablement tool, I’m pleased that these NHS trusts will continue to be in safe hands, this time with our trusted Partner, Cloud 2.”
