FlowForma, the leading provider of BPM tools for Microsoft Office 365® is pleased to announce its partnership with Microsoft UK in hosting an HR Process Transformation event, taking place on the 21st of March 2017 in Microsoft’s Paddington office in London.“Committed to putting the power back into the hands of the process owner, we are pleased to welcome Senior HR Executives to our upcoming HR Process Transformation event, to share their challenges, network with peers and get advice from both FlowForma and Microsoft experts,” said Neil Young, CEO, FlowForma.
Attendees will hear directly from Martyn Coleman of Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine as to how their organization has recently revolutionized their paper based travel request process with a user friendly and informative electronic version powered by FlowForma BPM. |
Tracey Haynes, HR Manager, Microsoft UK will share how Microsoft's HR department has embraced a digital transformation journey from recruitment and appraisal to learning and development, as part of their objective to improve the employee experience of their thousands of employees and contractors.
Paul Stone, Solutions Architect, FlowForma will demonstrate to guests how the FlowForma BPM tool can be used as part of a digital HR strategy, empowering HR departments with a self-service tool to quickly automate HR business processes, such as employee onboarding, annual leave and contracts management.
These use cases will showcase the intuitiveness of this no code, logic only BPM tool and reveal how power users can build and publish processes with speed and flexibility, with little or no help from the IT department.
Paul will also share examples of how FlowForma’s customers have driven daily efficiencies through automated processes and increased visibility, enabling then to spend more time at what they do best, looking after the needs of their employees.
